Park Rules & Guidelines

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Payments accepted: Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Guest & Site Policies

  • Cabin rates cover two adults and their children; additional adults are $10 per night.
  • Rates apply per RV or tent setup.
  • A maximum of six guests per site.
  • No refunds for early departures.
  • All guests and visitors must register upon arrival unless pre-paid online.
  • Guests staying over a week must keep payments current.
  • Visitors must follow all park rules; guests are responsible for their visitors’ conduct.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes vehicle noise).
  • Excessive noise is not permitted.
  • Management may adjust reservations as needed to accommodate guests.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and any damages caused.
  • Children under 10 must be supervised at all times.
  • No digging is allowed anywhere in the park.
  • Bikes are the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
  • Skateboards and scooters are not permitted.
  • ATVs are only allowed for direct entry or exit from the park.

Liability & Conduct

  • The park is not responsible for theft, damages, or injuries.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service.
  • The same site is not guaranteed for extensions; check with management.
  • Only registered guests may fish on the property.
  • Swimming is at your own risk.
  • No glass bottles allowed in the park.
  • BBQs must not be placed on park-owned picnic tables.
  • Guests must pay for any damage to park property.
  • Trash must be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters—do not leave trash in fire pits.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised near the river.
  • Do not place rocks on grassy areas.
  • Tents may not remain in one spot for more than three consecutive days.
  • Continued violations of park rules may result in removal without a refund.
  • Water pressure regulators are recommended.
  • Fires must be in designated fire pits and fully extinguished when unattended.
  • No fires within 15 feet of buildings.
  • Outdoor areas should be kept tidy.
  • Cords, cables, and hoses should be kept organized.
  • No solicitation or distribution of materials to other guests.
  • In an emergency, call 911.
  • Rules may be updated without prior notice.

Parking & Vehicle Policies

  • RVs must be in good condition, operable, and meet safety standards.
  • No age limit on RVs, but they must be well-maintained.
  • Weekly or long-term stays require RVs with RVIA certification (exceptions may be granted).
  • RVs must retain their original design and appearance.
  • No tarps for weatherproofing; awnings must be in good condition.
  • No added window air conditioning units unless pre-approved.
  • No exterior appliances such as refrigerators or freezers.
  • All utility connections must be properly routed.
  • One vehicle per site in addition to the RV.
  • Cabins have designated parking; no parking along the riverbank.
  • Additional vehicles must use the overflow parking area.
  • Vehicles must have valid registration, inspection, and license plates.
  • No oversized trucks or loud motorcycles.
  • Vehicles must not extend into traffic areas.
  • No vehicle or RV repairs on-site.
  • Washing of vehicles or RVs is not allowed.
  • Speed limit: 5 MPH.
  • Parking in vacant RV spots will result in charges or towing.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable without proper notice, including in emergencies.
  • No refunds for weather, health, or mechanical issues.
  • Cancellations made 7+ days in advance: full refund minus a 15% processing fee.
  • Cancellations 4-7 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations under 4 days: No refund.
  • No refunds for reservations on Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day weekends.

Pet Guidelines

  • Pets must be leashed at all times.
  • Owners must clean up after pets.
  • No pet bathing in park restrooms.
  • Pets may not dig or create a mess.
  • No tethering pets to trees.
  • Kennels cannot stay in one spot for more than three days.
  • Frequent barking may result in removal.
  • Certain aggressive breeds are not allowed.
  • Limit: Two pets per site.
  • Pets may not be left outside unattended.
